Customer service was great, I was informed step by step of process and received calls keeping me abreast of the status of my loan until closing I would definitely recommend the agency to my family and friends
more transparency during closing and accurate closing disclosures. Also, my loan officer Mutari Muhammad, although very knowledgeable, was sometimes arrogant and dismissive. I didn't like that. Giovana was very pleasant and awesome throughout the entire process. It is clear that she valued friendly customer service. Great job hiring her.
