The process was chaotic from the start, with the processor Madison Brown saying that she "assumed we were going with another lender" when we called to ask about uploading documents to the portal to initiate the approval process. Then the same documents were requested on several occasions, even after they had been previously been submitted. The closing date had to be amended. Needless to say that this was a very stressful ordeal.

The communication was wonderful! I got a phone call at least weekly with updates, usually more often than that. All questions were answered quickly!!
