Everyone was very professional and made it easy for me to accomplish the refinance on my home. Even considering it was a VA loan I honestly expected it to be more difficult. The only issue I had was understanding my initial loan officer on the phone as there were many cut-outs and static. Not sure what the problem was there, but, we got through it. From the application to the closing process
Thank you for making my closing as easy as it was
The speed of the process was what I liked the most.
The very first lady I dealt with was very unpleasant and told me things that later turned out to be false. I spoke with someone about her but most likely it went nowhere.
Everything went quickly and without issues
Everything was done professionally and accurately
Overall process from start to finish.
The process could not have been simpler. I called and spoke with a loan officer, and he would put documentation in the portal. He would notify me when/what needed to be done in the portal. Then when the processing was complete, a mobile notary was sent to my house for the closing.
