Communication was very unsatisfactory. He wasn't proactive. He hid from unpleasant conversations.
Overall process steps worked well however trust factor challenged regarding costs to refinance. Loyal, good customers should not be taken for granted and should be given best deal possible without being made to feel not valued , take it or leave it approach, j no it good business model with many alternatives options in t he e marketplace today.

This was the first time I ever had someone check in with me at least weekly to let me know how everything was proceeding. I didn't have to wonder if I missed something because I was given weekly confirmation everything was on track and it absolutely was on track!
She answered all of my questions and was very nice and informative. Will definitely recommend her.
Overall process from start to finish.
The process could not have been simpler. I called and spoke with a loan officer, and he would put documentation in the portal. He would notify me when/what needed to be done in the portal. Then when the processing was complete, a mobile notary was sent to my house for the closing.
