Communication was very unsatisfactory. He wasn't proactive. He hid from unpleasant conversations.

The speed of the process was what I liked the most.
I was told my monthly rate would be one amount and it ended up being higher than that. I was told I would be able to get my loan completed while I was deployed overseas and it became a hassle and very unpleasant business trying to do everything necessary to get the process done.
