The process was quick, easy and uneventful. We closed in less time than I expected. A couple lapses in clarity at times, but overall went well.

Process took way too long. Brandon was not helpful in explaining status of loan application or expectation of completion. I have a very high FICO score and low loan to value. No excuse to delay loan approval for months.

Katherine was great to work with. I had one key question about the refinance that she answered as best she could, but I was left to feel like she wasn't getting very much support behind her in addressing my concerns and I went to close despite my questions never really being answered. Please look at any lower ratings in this survey as being reflective of PennyMac in general and not Katherine Baker specifically- she was excellent within those things she was empowered to do.

Too difficult to communicate with simple questions. This may be the electronic age but you still need a personal element to do business effectively and efficiently. Navigation of electronics is not the answer.

We actually loved Jessie who did all the work for our new loan for our new home. Not sure what Paul did, but Jessie was amazing. She explained everything clearly, she was always there. We are so grateful to her!
