After I had a horrible time with loanDepot it was nice to work with penny mac. Much better all around.
Streamline refinance went smoothly and I had no problems during the process.
The process can be confusing but Sharonda was always quick to respond to our questions. She was very reassuring and helped us through the process at every stage.
Get more people working in departments so multiple requests for same documents does not occur. Very frustrating and makes one lose trust in the process. So not ever lose Darrel Thomas-Hagan’s, she was the best in trying to get things done!!
There was a lot of confusion with the money needed for closing. The closing date was moved do to miscommunication.

Lack of communication. No one could answer my questions was transferred from one department to another. Never received follow up from Anna until the issue was completely escalated. When I did her from Anna the situation was already resolved by another member. Being an existing Pennymac customer I was extremely disappointed in the service I received.
