Our loan process with PennyMac was quick and straightforward. Every step was explained and questions answered. We were always able to reach our loan representative, Linda Horne, who went above and beyond to help us (we were out of town at time of settlement). We highly recommend PennyMac!!

Charles Wood was GREAT! However when other got involved in the calls it became mor confusing and more stressful because it felt like communication break down on PennyMacs end. Finally closed thank you. I hope no one else has to go though what what we did. The decision to do this is already hard enough and should be more smooth with professionals handling the documents. 😏
