The dang survey has been spamming me to the level of harassment.
There was very little communication on PennyMac’s end. When I would call to ask questions I would get different answers depending on who I spoke to. My closing numbers where hundreds of dollars different than what the original loan processor told me. Too many people working on one file. I am a realtor so I was familiar with the process.
