There was very little communication on PennyMac’s end. When I would call to ask questions I would get different answers depending on who I spoke to. My closing numbers where hundreds of dollars different than what the original loan processor told me. Too many people working on one file. I am a realtor so I was familiar with the process. England was superb in communicating required documents, and status of application. Chris our loan officer was very instrumental in kicking off the process.
Through the whole process I spoke to probably twelve different loan people. I reguested to speak with Nick bonofacio several times through voice Mail email and left message with the loan representative that I spoke with on the phone and he called back once. Don’t know who Candice is, never had any contact with her. When they requested the wrong document and I tried to explain what the correct document was , it took them at least four times to understand. Better understanding or communication about a document that was needed
I was very happy with my experience. Jasmine was an outstanding customer service rep and exceeded my expectations. However, there were errors on my loan documents. Also, the original costs for the Iona I was give were raised unexpectedly before closing.
I give PennyMac a five star rating. The whole re-finance for my loan was smooth and would not have even known what I could be saving without PennyMac reaching out to me. I am extremely satisfied with the whole process. Fast and efficient service from start to finish. Best customer service I have had by any company in years.
