There was a problem with my husband's (expired) ID on the morning of the closing and I was able to get his ID renewed later that morning. Antonae went above and beyond in working with me to get the closing rescheduled to a time later that same day (so that the documents didn't need reworking/reprinting). She made phone calls on my behalf and moved things along, then kept me apprised of where everything stood in the process. Right up until it was completed, that evening. We were more than pleased.

Through the whole process I spoke to probably twelve different loan people. I reguested to speak with Nick bonofacio several times through voice Mail email and left message with the loan representative that I spoke with on the phone and he called back once. Don’t know who Candice is, never had any contact with her. When they requested the wrong document and I tried to explain what the correct document was , it took them at least four times to understand.
