The processing team supporting Ashton had a communication issue between themselves (multiple contacts) and to me. I had to repeatedly email and phone to make sure that they were using the correct title company, opened file with them, had set up appointment, etc. Ashton documented to me that he had communicated to his team on Day One about the title company - but it still got lost in the process and turned into a nail-biting drama to get closed the day before I was leaving the country for 5 weeks. Faye was great. Any issues we had were with other employees. Faye was always pleasant and happy to help resolve any issues.
Professional and pleasant to deal with.
Everything was explained properly and all communication was great. Uploading documents seemed to be the only small glitch, where documents were uploaded, and I could see the docs, but they were requested again. Other than that, everything was seamless, clear and quick!
Being told I have to have a second appraisal paying for it again because first appraisal hadn't been verified yet I was told that I would receive the money back from the second appraisal as soon as verification was done that did not happen I had to fight over and over again making several phone calls to Evan green who would not answer me to get my money back and then even after I was told it was coming to me and the closing happened it was not taken off of the closing I had to fight again to be able to get the money back eve... read more
It was very hard to get in touch with the right people to get answers. I was told my escrow account would be mailed to me. This was told to me many times. Weeks after closing, I was then told I would not receive my money from escrow and that it was applied to my loan. I made several calls prior to closing to make sure this didn't happen and it did anyway.
