Brandy did a great job during the process. I would have no problems working with Brandy again. There was some miscommunication between Brandy and the loan officer. But on the whole it was a great experience.

Being told I have to have a second appraisal paying for it again because first appraisal hadn't been verified yet I was told that I would receive the money back from the second appraisal as soon as verification was done that did not happen I had to fight over and over again making several phone calls to Evan green who would not answer me to get my money back and then even after I was told it was coming to me and the closing happened it was not taken off of the closing I had to fight again to be able to get the money back eve... read more
