PennyMac made this whole cash-out refinance an easy and straightforward experience requiring a minimal investment in time and effort on my part.
The process went smoothly. I was kept updated when new documents were need and received courtesy calls just to let me know my loan was being worked on. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. Overall process couldn't have been any better.

Darcel did a great job but there were some issues with scheduling the closing. Other then that I have no complaints
Process was good from start to finish. We had a couple duplicate document requests but Ashton and especially Charles helped us through it all making it a great experience.
