Everything went as expected
She is a nice person
There were too many people involved in the process. I liked it when I was dealing with Mike Agne only. It was hard to access some of the documents. I was sent to the wrong links according to Tech support. Some people didn’t have answers for my questions. My documents weren’t accurate. For all these reasons…. I was disappointed. I thought it would be easier to refinance with my current company, that was not the experience that I had.
I had good a experience using PennyMac.
The whole process went smoothly.
