I never talked to Brandon Samayoa. I got a different person every, single time I called and that is REALLY frustrating! I was finally allowed to talk to Henry Marron but it was like pulling teeth. I was asked for some documents to be resent when you already had them. My initial loan documents are NOT the ones you used as a comparison for the final loan documents. Anyways, glad it is done! The people who came and did the appraisal where fine but I feel the appraisal reviewers on PennyMac side took way to long and did a poor job of communicating. Had they done better it wouldn’t have took so long

There was unclear information about my taxes and escrow. I was told that closing was going to be by the end of December 2021. Also the information displaed on the link where was sent to me was consistently changing and at the end I have to call PM to find out how much was my cash to close. It was confusing, but every time I had to call penny Mac I would get accurate info. Thanks
