Fastest loan I ever had
I never talked to Brandon Samayoa. I got a different person every, single time I called and that is REALLY frustrating! I was finally allowed to talk to Henry Marron but it was like pulling teeth. I was asked for some documents to be resent when you already had them. My initial loan documents are NOT the ones you used as a comparison for the final loan documents. Anyways, glad it is done! My overall experience was excellent and what I would they led me well through the process by giving me concise informations throughout the whole process. Thanks to the team and I would gladly recommend anybody .
The people who came and did the appraisal where fine but I feel the appraisal reviewers on PennyMac side took way to long and did a poor job of communicating. Had they done better it wouldn’t have took so long
Took longer than expected. Faye wasn't very pleasant nor responsive. Too many different people to speak with. I was way more proactive than PennyMac. Brett Fraser was AWESOME however. Thank goodness for him. He took care of everything

Everyone at the MAC team was great. They told me exactly what documents were needed and it went very smooth. The notary that came to the house to close was very well prepared. It was great!!
