I was misled from the start about the amount to close and bounced around between 2 agents

The only issue that I had was PennyMac was calling for payment before funding. Also the Title co was underfunded $25 that I am taking care of now.
I don't wish to give a review but everything was great.
Application through closing was extremely streamlined. Process was flawless.
Our refinance loan was explained and handled very professionally. Amanda made it all very clear and understandable. It took a little longer than we thought it would but it all worked out great in the end.
