Hope this goes somewhere! But no worries. The whole process was like dealing with this really big entity where you needed to know.... oh no you need to call xxxxxx, oh sorry we don't answer those questions you need to call xxxxx. Complete and total lack of pre-notification. You have documents to sign, we need these additional items, we have changed your complete load and here is how it looks now. The only issue that I had was PennyMac was calling for payment before funding. Also the Title co was underfunded $25 that I am taking care of now.
I don't wish to give a review but everything was great.
Our refinance loan was explained and handled very professionally. Amanda made it all very clear and understandable. It took a little longer than we thought it would but it all worked out great in the end.
Update frequency and quality of information. Call backs and follow through were excellent. Thank you Brandy
