The whole process was like dealing with this really big entity where you needed to know.... oh no you need to call xxxxxx, oh sorry we don't answer those questions you need to call xxxxx. Complete and total lack of pre-notification. You have documents to sign, we need these additional items, we have changed your complete load and here is how it looks now. Brandy was great the rest of the process was a wreck
The only issue that I had was PennyMac was calling for payment before funding. Also the Title co was underfunded $25 that I am taking care of now.
I don't wish to give a review but everything was great.
