Hope this goes somewhere! But no worries. The whole process was like dealing with this really big entity where you needed to know.... oh no you need to call xxxxxx, oh sorry we don't answer those questions you need to call xxxxx. Complete and total lack of pre-notification. You have documents to sign, we need these additional items, we have changed your complete load and here is how it looks now. The process of refinancing was quicker and much easier than we expected.
The whole process was fine up until yesterday. I was told loan would close yesterday and that I did not need to make my January and February payments. Individual informed me yesterday that I would need to make my January payment or there would be a late charge. I hope there is not an issue with this.
The loan process was quick, easy, and professionally done. No complaints.
