The process of refinancing was quicker and much easier than we expected.
The whole process was fine up until yesterday. I was told loan would close yesterday and that I did not need to make my January and February payments. Individual informed me yesterday that I would need to make my January payment or there would be a late charge. I hope there is not an issue with this.
I had to re-submit some documents that didn't download. No one's fault. Y'all did great, it was a good experience.
