There was unclear information about my taxes and escrow. I was told that closing was going to be by the end of December 2021. Also the information displaed on the link where was sent to me was consistently changing and at the end I have to call PM to find out how much was my cash to close. It was confusing, but every time I had to call penny Mac I would get accurate info. Thanks

Hope this goes somewhere! But no worries. The whole process was like dealing with this really big entity where you needed to know.... oh no you need to call xxxxxx, oh sorry we don't answer those questions you need to call xxxxx. Complete and total lack of pre-notification. You have documents to sign, we need these additional items, we have changed your complete load and here is how it looks now. Honestly it was like the loan officer doesn't talk with loan processing who don't talk with underwriting. Just figure it out ... read more

The whole process was fine up until yesterday. I was told loan would close yesterday and that I did not need to make my January and February payments. Individual informed me yesterday that I would need to make my January payment or there would be a late charge. I hope there is not an issue with this.
