I was required to travel to meet my notary when they were scheduled to come to me. Additionally a closing document needed to be signed and sent again to the complete the process after I had already traveled to the notary and signed and completed all required forms.

I breezed through the first three quarters of the process. Then I was asked to provide a record of additional savings funds. They would not take my wife's saving account. when I sent in my savings for more than what was asked, they would not take a printout with the banks stamp and a bank officers' signature on it. The cash back loan is not supposed to need a customer to provide reserve funds. What was that all about. I almost went with B of A. Even Key bank said they would have treated me better. He walked me through every step. And he was very courteous
