When I spoke to Jasmine, she was very pleasant; however, I think more frequent and proactive communication would have gone a long way. I understand the process is probably simple from your side of it; but for the lay-consumer with little-to-no experience, I really feel like someone should have been a little more attentive and available. This is a big deal for most folks. And maybe that’s for your process as a whole, so don’t let my comments necessarily be reflective of Jasmine.
