Very thorough, diligent and ensured I was taken care of. Always communicated and made sure to leave messages with directions if I was unable to speak via phone.

Very confusing process, staff could not answer my questions, closing costs changed multiple times, the process was confusing and not clear. I still don't know how or when my funds to pay off debts will be addressed. I still don't know where the $20,000 in equity went in this process as nobody could answer my questions.
