This process was almost seamless. That was a first in all the purchase and refinancing experiences I’ve had over the last 20 years. I’m so appreciative of the process used by PennyMac. I didn’t have to send over the same documents repeatedly nor were there any holdups. There were also no convoluted instructions—things were clear and I was able to follow them.
