Whole process was very quick, well executed and painless.
Fast and simple
Faye was great. Other areas regarding final closing costs, etc., I.e., appraisal cost still being looked into… I hope.
Very confusing process, staff could not answer my questions, closing costs changed multiple times, the process was confusing and not clear. I still don't know how or when my funds to pay off debts will be addressed. I still don't know where the $20,000 in equity went in this process as nobody could answer my questions.
