Overall process was super easy & fast
Was able to speak with anyone on the team and didn't have to wait for a particular person.
Dylan Chung was very friendly and professional. Everyone that I interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. The closing process was quicker than expected and the notary, Ms. Rodez, was very experienced and friendly. 5 stars!
We were told that Penny Mac would send checks to pay off some of the loans directly to some of the creditors, but we received all the checks. Also, we were asked several times for our routing bank number for the cash out amount to be wired, this didn’t happen. We received a check instead.
