Great service!!
Overall process was super easy & fast
We were told that Penny Mac would send checks to pay off some of the loans directly to some of the creditors, but we received all the checks. Also, we were asked several times for our routing bank number for the cash out amount to be wired, this didn’t happen. We received a check instead.

The PennyMac team was awesome but more specifically, Omar. I was so appreciative of his communication but taking it a step further and actually following through with requests.
