Ivan Crume was very helpful in explaining everything to us. We felt that we could trust Pennymac with our business.
We were told that Penny Mac would send checks to pay off some of the loans directly to some of the creditors, but we received all the checks. Also, we were asked several times for our routing bank number for the cash out amount to be wired, this didn’t happen. We received a check instead.
