To many people in this process. No communication between each other. Asked several times by different people to send paperwork I already sent
After the initial interview and application, most of the communication and requests were emailed. The Closing process conducted by La Wanda Benson was completed quickly and efficiently. I'm thinking this refinance was a positive experience. Thank you Pennymac!
Overall great experience
She was prompt in responding and following up. She was professional and if she didn’t know something, she sought out the answer.
It had nothing to do with Ashton, only a question from another one of your staff I had that only got answered last minute because I called. When I was told I would have a call back, if not an answer, before closing. I called and actually got the women how was supposed to call me. Only to find out she had known for 3 days, but never called.

Better than expected
I still haven’t received the closing document on email or usps mail. The Amrock singing agent brought a copy for me to sign. Am I getting a copy? Other than this little flaw, everything else was great!
