Evelyn was great but I had issues the whole process and spoke with many staff members. I only spoke with Evelyn once.

The process was relatively painless
We stared this process in December. It was a 5 month process that was supposed to take two. There were too many hands involved. Miscommunication between different employees calling and emailing us.
My only issue I had was Anna was very difficult to get a hold of at the beginning of the loan process, but after I did reach her and she answered all my questions, the process was more or less seamless from there on out.
Helpful, knowledgeable. Was quick to resolve our situation. Very thankful
