From application to closing the process went very smoothly. The team that I worked with was terrific. Great job!!!
Original numbers and closing documents did not match, had to re-do entire process. Linda was very rude each time she had called and wouldn’t speak to my wife about anything having to do with the loan even though everyone else at pennymac was able too! Shalimar and mark stellings were wonderful throughout the process, everyone else not so much.

My experience was great it took very little time for me to close they'd taken my application over the phone, from wright their everything started and less than three weeks we're close.
The process for the most part was great except for when I was almost denied because of documentation I couldn't provide, but good thing I spoke with someone else other than Samijo, that was able to tell me to provide different documentation that helped me get approved.
