My only issue I had was Anna was very difficult to get a hold of at the beginning of the loan process, but after I did reach her and she answered all my questions, the process was more or less seamless from there on out.

Easy to apply and complete online/over the phone/email. Appreciated everyone going above and beyond to help me understand the process and get the best loan option for me.
Original numbers and closing documents did not match, had to re-do entire process. Linda was very rude each time she had called and wouldn’t speak to my wife about anything having to do with the loan even though everyone else at pennymac was able too! Shalimar and mark stellings were wonderful throughout the process, everyone else not so much.
On time answered all our questions and also volunteered information we didn't know about

The same document was requested a couple of times due to underwriter. That was not communicated clearly to me and it was frustrating. Sending emails requesting the same its bothersome to people like me. It took me talking to someone from customer service that had worked as a underwriter to explain what exactly they were looking for and it wasn't a statement as stated in the emails,
