I started my loan process on April 4th, Evelyn and Jorge was really great, they was all about closing this loan. The process only took them 18 days to close out my loan, it was truly unbelievable I would recommend Pennymac to everyone. 5 stars all the way

Antonae was fine. When I started the closing costs were included, then they weren't (I caught this luckily). The interest rate was wrong (I caught this as well). The frequency of closing disclosures was way too high. And given the previous issues I felt I really needed to look at every single one. Since my existing loan that I was refinancing was with Penny Mac, I expected this process to be way less painless and simple.
