The process was smooth. However, I reached out to several members of the team via email regarding questions that I had and no one ever responded or acknowledged that they received my message. Better communication would be appreciated. Other than that, everything was good.

It was fine. Got a lot less in refinance than originally told to me. If I knew I was receiving when I am I wouldn’t have gone through with all of this.

It was not clearly identified how I brought closing money to the table and even what amount. I had to reach out to get both of those items. The closing documents in my online portal did not reflect the payment I made the month prior so cash to close was much higher. There was significant opportunity to set me up for closing success and would not have required me to seek the information that shoukd have been provided.

Amanda was the glue. There were lots of issues. My original loan processor quite during the process. It was very frustrating because I wasn’t getting great service. But Amanda came in and smoothed everything over. She’s the primary reason why I continued with the loan and didn’t decide to cancel. Thank you Amanda.
