Candice Williams was not the reason for my unpleasant experience. My first application was denied and a MAC Team member named Mario never ever communicated with me one time. A document I submitted with no guidance from anyone from PennyMac was given to the underwriters and I was denied. I received an email that said credit denied, please review these documents on the portal. Our refinancing processes didn't take long. I remember receiving the call because the rates dropped unexpectedly, and I was asked to move quickly; however, it was the best decision we made. We close in two weeks times frame and it was not a stressful process since they already had all our information.

The Is the patience and customer service that Amanda showed went up and beyond. She made sure that I stayed up to speed on everything. She made sure that I was comfortable and answered any concerns I had by always following up with me. Making sure things stayed on track was also very important to me and she made sure that they did.
