I all ready had a loan through PennyMac so they had a lot of my information, and I needed to update some items, so it was pretty smooth.

I felt that I was not treating as a loyal customer and had to constantly fight for a good rate and points that another company could’ve offered me the same.
Having a competent loan processor that actually cared about the follow-through of the process, that didn't patronize and that got the job done. My loan was not completed by Brenda Amato, it was completed by Sandra Morgan because I had to go over Brenda's head to move my loan along.
