Candice Williams was not the reason for my unpleasant experience. My first application was denied and a MAC Team member named Mario never ever communicated with me one time. A document I submitted with no guidance from anyone from PennyMac was given to the underwriters and I was denied. I received an email that said credit denied, please review these documents on the portal. Prompt process, no major hangups and everyone was clear, pleasant and efficient
Our refinancing processes didn't take long. I remember receiving the call because the rates dropped unexpectedly, and I was asked to move quickly; however, it was the best decision we made. We close in two weeks times frame and it was not a stressful process since they already had all our information.
