Amanda was the glue. There were lots of issues. My original loan processor quite during the process. It was very frustrating because I wasn’t getting great service. But Amanda came in and smoothed everything over. She’s the primary reason why I continued with the loan and didn’t decide to cancel. Thank you Amanda.

Ashton was great and I appreciate that she was my single point of contact with closing this loan. Unfortunately, since this was a reapplication due to delays in closing in Q4 of 2021, I was bounced to a few POC's before Ashton took over. I appreciate her closing the loop. Any inaccuracies were due to the previous Pennymac team members.
