PennyMac provided great service with my refinance. What the shock was numerous phone calls and letters demanding me to stop working with PennyMac and call them for a better loan. How is my information of refinancing with PennyMac getting out to many other loan companies?

Having a competent loan processor that actually cared about the follow-through of the process, that didn't patronize and that got the job done. My loan was not completed by Brenda Amato, it was completed by Sandra Morgan because I had to go over Brenda's head to move my loan along. It was the most frustrating and infuriating process I have ever dealt with as far as lending. Please go back and listen to the recorded conversations and read the notes from the loan. No communication. I have no idea who Ray Lane is. I had to call 4 time to get updates on closing. I finally got the closing person information 2 hours before scheduled closing. Not happy at all.
