Awesome team
Overall the experience was great. However, the documents that the loan officer needed filled out were not uploaded by the loan officer so I had to ask for them specifically each time. Otherwise, we had a great experience.

Ray contacted me about refinancing. After spending over an hour doing the paperwork and getting things lined out. I was told, No on the refinancing. Then was called back and told Yes but I needed to answer within an hour. I called back and said I would not do it in such a small time window. Then his partner called a couple days later and bugged me about refinancing. He kept on me and offering these deals. I told him I didn't even know if I was going to stay in the house much longer.
