Had some issues with communication. Being told one thing and then being told something different after. Was told we would need no money to close. Received a phone call two days later saying I needed 1200 bucks to close. It became a little frustrating

From Derek to Ashton the process was the easiest! Ashton answered all my questions and made the process very smooth. I have been a customer with PennyMac for about 10 years and letting them do my cash-out refinance was a great choice!

I’ve never had more courteous and people that made a loan process be so good, I shouldn’t say good I should say great. Everybody that I talk to and the people that help me throughout the process were nothing but courteous answered all my questions and the process went very very well. I now have two lol‘s with Penny Mac and if I buy a house in St. George you’ll get a call from me again. Thank you for the experience it was good as it gets, you people are the greatest.
