Having call backs on a timely matter when messages were left with our questions and concerns. It was a stressful experience compare to the great experience I had when I first bought the house back in 2012.
Anna with PennyMac did a great job explaining and guiding us through our refinance. Very communitive and took time to answer our questions thoroughly.

The title company PENNYMAC sought out was not willing to meet my requests. Could you please keep the existing Title companies it’ll make closing less stessful and aggravating. I had to wait over 3 months to close this was not what I expected.

Professional service treating customer with respect deserved to maintain relationships, pennymac associates should never intentionally sabotage a timeline blocking progression of process in retaliation for failed duties taking frustration out on customer! Stop sending 20 emails a day requesting redundant documents and procedures with condescending statements failure to comply is customer fault.
