The title company PENNYMAC sought out was not willing to meet my requests. Could you please keep the existing Title companies it’ll make closing less stessful and aggravating. I had to wait over 3 months to close this was not what I expected.
Whole process was smooth. The Pennymac peeps were easy to talk to talk to and very polite.
