My wife & I were on a time crunch to get to work. The original person assigned to do the closing was a last minute cancel and Mrs Southern came through to save the day.

Penny Mac was great throughout the whole process, and kept us constantly updated with the loan progress
Overall the experience was great. However, the documents that the loan officer needed filled out were not uploaded by the loan officer so I had to ask for them specifically each time. Otherwise, we had a great experience.
Barbara was a very communicator! She kept us super informed and updated on the process!
