I’ve never had more courteous and people that made a loan process be so good, I shouldn’t say good I should say great. Everybody that I talk to and the people that help me throughout the process were nothing but courteous answered all my questions and the process went very very well. I now have two lol‘s with Penny Mac and if I buy a house in St. George you’ll get a call from me again. Thank you for the experience it was good as it gets, you people are the greatest. The whole process was smooth and I was taken care of every step.
Antonae was very communicative but we played phone tag a lot and I recall talking to her directly only ONE time in the whole process. There were always other agents willing to help me and get my answers completed right away, it was always just someone different helping me every time I returned the call.

Penny Mac was great throughout the whole process, and kept us constantly updated with the loan progress
Overall the experience was great. However, the documents that the loan officer needed filled out were not uploaded by the loan officer so I had to ask for them specifically each time. Otherwise, we had a great experience.
