I was told Loan Officer was going to call me on 2 occasions when I was upset, they did NOT! My completed closing paperwork was sent to my second vacation home and set on the porch. Unacceptable, dangerous and unprofessional. I had a better offer (rate) and was told, we'll match it only to then be told it was not an official offer, can't match. Great experience. I was nervous but the staff at Pennymac made me feel comfortable about it.
Having call backs on a timely matter when messages were left with our questions and concerns. It was a stressful experience compare to the great experience I had when I first bought the house back in 2012.
Anna with PennyMac did a great job explaining and guiding us through our refinance. Very communitive and took time to answer our questions thoroughly.
