I was told Loan Officer was going to call me on 2 occasions when I was upset, they did NOT! My completed closing paperwork was sent to my second vacation home and set on the porch. Unacceptable, dangerous and unprofessional. I had a better offer (rate) and was told, we'll match it only to then be told it was not an official offer, can't match. This was the fastest loan process that I had ever been a part of, or involved in. And I’ve done mortgages in the past myself. I went through the application process on Friday before Presidents’ Day weekend and they were already reaching out to me by Wednesday the following week to schedule closing. I actually had to pump the brakes a minute because I was trying to get an updated insurance quote from my insurance agent. I couldn’t believe how fast the whole process went. 5 ⭐️

Having call backs on a timely matter when messages were left with our questions and concerns. It was a stressful experience compare to the great experience I had when I first bought the house back in 2012.
