The Rep Clyde Anderson and his partner Kyle Mcghie were great always called back, gave me the necessary info and closed even though i was on vacation. Molly was responsive and always answered any questions. The loan didn't close as fast as we had hoped, but it wasn't due to PennyMac, it was just a product of the times with record number of mortgages and refinances happening and the volume of work being done nationwide. The refinance process was super easy.
