The MAC Team is very transparent, prompt in answering questions and excellent in follow-up.
Mr. Kyle McTighe was very helpful and dependable during our refinancing. I really enjoyed working with him.
The Rep Clyde Anderson and his partner Kyle Mcghie were great always called back, gave me the necessary info and closed even though i was on vacation. PennyMac Refi was easy and fast.
Max was very professional and treated me very nice very nice To dealing with him.Had answer very promptly.
Communication was difficult for a few reasons. There were multiple people that reached out regarding my refi. Documents were inaccurate on a few occasions (maiden name, including husband erroneously, misspelling my name). When I tried to have this corrected, I did not receive a response. It took my notary to make an urgent request to correct my documents. Closing dates weren't communicated timely. I needlessly paid my mortgage on both homes and am now waiting for refunds. Poorly managed.
Penny Mac worked with me to find what I needed most. I received continous and prompt communication, answers to my questions and a friendly service. Thank you to Ignacio and Rachel.
