The Rep Clyde Anderson and his partner Kyle Mcghie were great always called back, gave me the necessary info and closed even though i was on vacation. Communication was difficult for a few reasons. There were multiple people that reached out regarding my refi. Documents were inaccurate on a few occasions (maiden name, including husband erroneously, misspelling my name). When I tried to have this corrected, I did not receive a response. It took my notary to make an urgent request to correct my documents. Closing dates weren't communicated timely. I needlessly paid my mortgage on both homes and am now waiting for refunds. Poorly managed.
