Penny Mac met all of our expectations in the refinance process.
The process was quick and easy the loan officer was nice and informative could call on a Lan line was little hard to understand on the cell phone due to Covid.
The whole process, from start to finish, was super simple. I literally did nothing other than sign the closing docs when it was time. Truly the easiest transaction I've ever made.
Carmelita and Nicholas were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Amazing people!!!!
They did well in a time where they were swamped with work and with everyone taking advantage of the extremely low rates, not to mention the pandemic going on.
