It was slow due to volume of refinancing but the Mac team made it very simple.
Erica was pleasant & very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and calmed any anxiety I had with total understand and professional courtesy. Keep me up to date on all facets of this experience. I would like to thank her for everything and making this a great experience.
Everything worked well. If there was an app for that it would have been perfect.
The process took to long and only towards the end did we feel that we knew what was taking so long.
Everyone was courteous and got the closing done in a relatively short time.
