Was a clear and easy process
Macy was awesome, she made the whole experience a very pleasant one
Penny Mac was my current mortgage holder so I went with them since I thought it should be a quick turnaround. They still were careful to study my situation to avoid problematic issues down the road. On line application due to Covid-19 era doesn’t compare to brick and mortar visits which I would rather do.
