Penny Mac was my current mortgage holder so I went with them since I thought it should be a quick turnaround. They still were careful to study my situation to avoid problematic issues down the road. On line application due to Covid-19 era doesn’t compare to brick and mortar visits which I would rather do.

Brent and team were fantastic! They made the process very easy and straight-forward! Everything was done in a timely manner and expectations of what to expect were set forth accurately.
