My overall experience was very good. All the questions I had were answered. I was able to get hold of my loan specialist when I needed clarification on the information I received.

When it was time to close, the funds that I was supposed to bring were inaccurately quoted. I had to reach out to my first point of contact so he could help Max with the accurate closing cost amount. This happened two times before he got it correct. I just feel that the closing costs amount should have been accurately assessed and delivered to me the first time. To me this is a very important step knowing what funds to bring to closing and to not have the amount tripled before closing.

Everything was online through email so, it made it easier. you didn't have to be on the phone with someone constantly you didn't have to keep on calling.

The refinancing process was smooth and Macy kept in touch with me whether there were updates or not so that I am comfortable and know what’s going with the loan approval.

Ben was amazing to work with. He was thorough in his answers and gave me all the time attention I needed to make sure I was comfortable and understanding everything. He was extremely professional and courteous. He did so well that I actually referred my Dad to him who is the middle of closing a refinance with you now. Lana was amazing as well. Brent and I had minimal communication (simply because he came in towards the end) but he was attentive in his check in calls and voicemails! Thank you!

Worst experience I ever have. 10 weeks to close the loan. Asking for same documents least 3 times. Wrong SS# . Cancel closing and no one told me. Second closing documents filled wrong. You guys need to really step up and train people do things right in the first place. Communication take 72 hours on every email . When I call no one ever pick up or call you back. Took least 72 hours get phone call back . I can keep going. I would pay $1000 more easy to go with some else before I do this again.
