Nikita was great during the process from beginning to end
Everyone we worked with were simple to talk to and made things move along fast and easy - I liked that I got updates and did not have to call to find out what was going on. Thank you for shortening our loan years and make us save some money!
Mara was very slow in getting back to me. She also gave me the wrong information about closing. The rest of the team was great, but getting the wrong information on closing put a sour taste in my mouth.
All I could say is it was a great experience and I would totally recommend it to friends and families.
