Although there was a consultant assigned to us, she was not easily accessible (no direct contact info was provided other than a name) until they were inquiring on why we did not want to do an appraisal. That was not the case. We dealt with too many individuals throughout the process which caused miscommunication and delays. Once it was resolved the process went very well and our loan consultant kept very good communication with us.

Mobile notary did not seem to be onboard with scheduling more than once. Difficult to sometimes get ahold of John and Michael . Michael was the original person I had talked to. Michael did not seem to interested in getting my business in the overall. John was great throughout and seemed very concerned with any issues I had once I was able to speak with him. I have been told I could have closed this loan for much cheaper through other lenders which is concerning.
