Sonia and Greg were great at getting back to me promptly when I had questions. They were realistic about the timeframes and we were able to close within that window. I appreciate their time and help with my loan.
Very smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish.
Although there was a consultant assigned to us, she was not easily accessible (no direct contact info was provided other than a name) until they were inquiring on why we did not want to do an appraisal. That was not the case. We dealt with too many individuals throughout the process which caused miscommunication and delays. Once it was resolved the process went very well and our loan consultant kept very good communication with us.
