Everyone we worked with were simple to talk to and made things move along fast and easy - I liked that I got updates and did not have to call to find out what was going on. Thank you for shortening our loan years and make us save some money!
Jason and Molly were fantastic! Everything was handled very professional and fast.
It took three times for PennyMac to schedule appointments to close on our loan. Finally, by the third time, it worked. We had issues due to the Coronavirus that needed special attention and PennyMac was not in communication with the title company. The process was more drawn out than it should have been.
Process was quick and easy. Document portal worked easily and well. Mortgage agent was prompt and effective.

Kami made it the worst experience ever. She never contacted me. I left messages emails and talked to peers. Never a response. She missed the closing date dead line. She avoided us. After speaking with a manager she still avoided us. I almost decided to go with another firm because of kami Weber. If it wasnt for max I would have left.
