Our rep handling the account was curt at times. She wasn’t available when we called several different times. She had trouble articulating exactly what we needed from our Trust to get this handled in a timely manner. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else using PennyMac with this Customer Service rep.
There was a big issue right before closing and there was zero communication. In fact, we closed our loan and still have never received a call with an explanation/solution. It all ended well, but the complete lack of communication and clerical errors caused tons of unnecessary stress and uncertainty on our part.
Lauren Aslin was great to work with!
Our M.A.C team was amazing! They worked really hard so that everything went smooth and cost us as little out of pocket as possible. They are the best and I would recommend them to anyone.
