I was either repeatedly given incorrect information or in several instances no information at all despite several requests made at my end. The closing documents were inaccurate. Closing was delayed several times and the funding was also delayed. In short, everything that could go wrong went wrong. Can’t imagine how a company in a regulated environment is allowed to function in this manner.
Everything was clearly explained, questions were answered clearly and promptly and everything ran smoothly when it came time to close.
