I liked the fact that they excepted my Car Shield Ins. and kept working to get them to cover the items that needed to be fixed. Ford also respected my wished to use Ford parts to replace those items. What I did not like was the time it took to do the job. It was not the dealers fault, but Car Shield wouldn't okay any thing and required three different inspectors to look at the car. It took 4 weeks for a job that only required about two days real time.
