When I first called into the dealership forst thing sunday morning asking about one of your vehicles you had I got transfered to Mike and he was extremely rude! I was shocked, he also told me I couldn't see the vehicle until monday because it was in fleet then while I was talking transfered me back to the receptionist. She apologized for his horrible manners and transfered me to a different department where spoke with Tresten. Excellent customer service! Helped in anyway he could! Appreciated the honesty and feedback I was given. Also, let me know if I need anything at all I can always go back to him. Which I think is great most salesman will sell you a vehicle and you'll never hear from them again.
In the beginning everyone was friendly and helpful. After drawing up our first round of paperwork we left feeling unhappy and scammed. It was partly my fault for not asking enough questions and trusting the people we were dealing with. I returned for a deal rewrite and all went smoothly. I feel they did all the could to right a wrong. I am overall pleased with the final outcome.
