Nick took care of everything and they were able to see me fast. There was another dealership closer but they were booked a week out. Nick got me in the next day.

The dealership is nice but service is not as expected. You can't book you free oil changes through their website you have to call and wait on hold for someone else to book the appointment. Not sure what the ford app is for if not available for convenience and ease of booking appointments. Then once I had my oil change they forgot to put the sticker in my window. It was fine but when I called the dealership to get the mileage so I know when my next one would be the gentleman on the phone got an attitude with me. Look stuff ha... read more
