I had a great experience at Peoria Ford. While decisions for such an important purchase can be stressful, I never felt negative pressure. It took almost a week for me to decide what I wanted to do including three separate visits and test drives. Nobody made me feel bad for taking such a long time or leaving and coming back so many times. They followed up regularly through the week but weren't a bother. I was informed that the brake controller recall would meam that my truck would be at the dealer most of the day. We dropped our truck off at 9 am. We left to run errands, eat and walk around the mall for exercise. We received a call from Richard at 10:45 saying our truck was finished. We have never had that luck previously. We were very happy with the outcome being done much sooner than we expected. That is great service in my opinion!!
