Shelby is a rockstar. She had everything ready for me upon arrival. I bought a F-150 Raptor and Bronco Raptor and she made the crazy deal effortless alongside Mr Eagle and Colin. Would recommend Shelby to all my family and friends!
Shelby was very patient and took the time to accommodate our needs! We will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle from Peoria Ford! The dealership was also great and allowed us to test drive all the vehicles we wanted. After narrowing it down to 3 vehicles we were able to make the right decision that was best for our family.

Shelby was unbelievably helpful throughout the car buying process. I had a terrible experience at another dealership, and am SO GLAD I walked into Peoria Ford and got to work with Shelby. My financial situation is not the best, but Shelby was kind and understanding, and didn't make me less than. It was all truly a hassle-free experience and I will happily send all my friends and family Shelby's way. I'll say too - Dennis in finance was a huge help! Excellent experience all around and I will be back!
Very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing! Was very patient with all of our questions and if he didn’t know the answer he would search out the answer for us. Took time to demonstrate the unique features of the vehicle and helped us feel comfortable using those features.
Angela and Joseph a pleasure to work with. Finance experience was different. We told them my son had to get to work but still waited 45 mins to see someone. From that point the process was very rushed. We offered to come back the next day so that we could make decisions that aren’t rushed but when they asked the finance manager he said “get it done”. We left there without the vehicle (repairs) and felt confused about the things we had just signed for.

I was very much pleased with Jeff for taking the time to call me and ask me to come in to discuss items that I was unaware of. He went above the expectations I had for a dealership and really helped me understand what I was paying for as well as getting it done quickly. Jeff has also called multiple times to check in to make sure everything is working well with my Bronco and I’m very happy he contacted me to clear things up.
